Great app. Less sellers than Amazon, but sellers are usually of a higher quality (in my experience) so it balances out. Nice intuitive app. Lots of sales. Also, the customer service is really nice. My biggest gripe is that you can't edit reviews. I edit reviews on the play store a lot because things change, products lose quality, I notice issues after leaving a review, etc. but you can't do that on Chewy. I think it's an issue.

I find when I shop for multiple items (eg, pill pockets) the inability of not having at "continue shopping". or selecting multiple items option of the same item to be annoying. (this is particularly annoying when it was a searched item where I wind up re-searching again; see my example above!) Instead, I have to go back to the screen and select the next item!

The app has TONS of glitches. It takes photos forever to load or won't load at all. When I click on certain sections, it says it's unable to load and try again. Sometimes, when I go to the cat section, it'll take a while to load then will show dog treats/toys instead of cat treats/toys. I will enjoy the app much more once these glitches are fixed.

I was very happy to find my priority item on sale, along with a promo, if I added more items to reach the minimum requirement. I tried to buy 2 more bags of cat food, but try as I may it would not let me choose more than 4 bags. I was forced to add another cat litter and a toy to reach the target amount, when all I really wanted was 2 more bags of cat food : ( Also, the sale price on the cat food is scheduled to end soon. I wasted a LOT of time trying to find a way to make this work!

I have been using the service for a while and haven't had issues except recently. I don't appreciate having my auto ship changed twice and given 10% off a future order that pretty much just covers the shipping fee I am made to pay due to failure to supply. The item is a medical item, and i can understand failure to stock. But twice is not fair over the course of a couple of months.

What I hate about the app - it's hard to get back to the home screen or find a menu without pressing the back button through every search and every product you've looked at. UPDATE: Developer says you tap on Discover at the bottom of the screen. Huh. Well, that's not very intuitive or user-friendly, is it.

The app is intuitive and simple to use. However, product prices are clearly inflated. Could be more affordable but I suppose thats why we buy in bulk. Also a bit challenging to find Cerenia drops for my cat on a regular basis so I assume other meds are also difficult to find consistently. Overall tho, a convenient service for busy pet-lovers.

I love chewy for the ease of getting exactly what I want, in-stock and quick deliveries. I have even found that the cat wet food quality is better in chewy than in supermarket shelves. That said, the app is not very stable especially after the update today. The UI is all glitchy with text leaving a trail on the screen. I wish I could attach a screenshot. At this point, I can't order from the app even if I need to. Please fix ASAP.

Had trouble ordering with the app. Check out kept saying I had no items in my basket when I had two. When trying to change the quantity of an item I wanted to buy, it would not let me for several attempts. I like the convenience of not having to travel to a store. I do not like the free shipping as free shipping is never free and is built into the cost of your items. Free shipping is the biggest sucker tactic in retail. I like chewy, but have had better results in the past.

this app is so easy to use and so great. I've used it for over a year and I've never had a problem. There's an amazing feature for subscriptions that is so convenient and straightforward I don't know how other places struggle with the same. You can change things skip them and everything with no hassle and there are so many items to choose from I don't struggle to find stuff. definitely recommend

Chewy usually has great prices and just what you need. the one issue I have is that they have put the cat litter I have ordered that is a 40lb bag with like food and other stuff, which makes the box extremely heavy. I have had to call more than once to ask them to always send the litter separately from everything else. Other than that, customer service is always great, and shipping is, for the most part, pretty quick. so I recommend them overall.

Installed the update, & now I can't log in. It just gives me a "sorry we ran into an error" message & puts me back to the sign in page. Uninstall & reinstallation didn't change a thing. Normally, the app works but has been getting increasingly difficult to find what I'm looking for. I can search 3 times with the EXACT SAME TERMS and get 3 DIFFERENT lists. The company is good, though a bit expensive, & the customer service people are awesome, but the app is getting worse with every update.

The latest update killed the app. I'm now unable to log in and keep getting a black screen with the message "The site can't be reached" and that it might be temporarily down or moved permanently to a new web address. I can log in on the laptop with no problem. Started a few days ago after updating the app. App un-/reinstall didn't solve the issue. Never had a problem with the app before & Chewy is awesome. 1 star rating only to get IT's attention. (I can send a screenshot of error msg.)

I love ordering from CHEWY. . . by phone and online. Always there to answer questions or make changes, especially with autoship if it's not quite time to buy more. The app has it all - so easy to navigate - great selections, deals, favorites, discounts for autoships, with email reminders. Best of all is I don't have to carry heavy bags!

The new update killed the app. Everything is black and so are fonts in the menu. The cut out of product pics with the black background look terrible and is very hard to read. I won't be ordering from Chewy until this is fixed. Update: Uninstalled & reinstalled with no change. The font is black on black on search item lists too. I dont have time to call and troubleshoot. The app is not usable.

Terrible app. Makes it very difficult to use Chewy at all. Logs me out every time. Try to sign in to the app and am redirected to a web page, then back to the app, if it manages to log in at all. Customer service on my first order was 🥴 at best trying to explain their weird policies. This is the second time I've managed to place an order, and I'm becoming convinced they keep the app glitchy to force customer phone calls 😑 No interest in sitting on the phone, fix the app! 👎🏼

Prices are comparable or better to local stores, but convenience us the key here, and auto ship saves a bit of money overall. Most important, though, is their customer service. I've had three experiences where I called in and they were courteous and excellent in exceeding my expectations. This app just makes the experience easy.

This store is great-- it's Amazon for pet supplies. Love how quickly my items arrive after ordering them. Customer service is Stellar, too. Very quick response times. I also love that I can get discounts with auto ship orders each month. The convenience of not having to go in and reorder the same thing every month for my pet is awesome. I just turn on autoship and Chewy sends orders when I have it scheduled.

I've been using Chewy for years, easy to use and autoship is a nice feature. The navigation needs alot of work, the search feature only pulls up about 50% of the time. Getting back to the main page is a pain and sometimes it's just easier to close and reopen the app. If you know what you need it's great app.

The rating I'm giving is only for the app. Chewy is amazing as a company that I would give 5 stars to. The app has suddenly become one of the worst. It will not keep me logged in like it always has and makes me log in every time I open it. Then, rather than logging in on the app directly like I used to, it takes you all the way to the website. I logged in about 10 minutes ago to update my autoship, closed out of it, realized I forgot to add an item, opened the app back up, and I was logged out.
